Welcome to CleanMaster Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CleanMaster Pro website located at www.cleanmasterpro.ca ("Website") and all related services provided by CleanMaster Pro ("Services").
By accessing or using our Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access our Website or use our Services.
CleanMaster Pro offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The specific services provided will be outlined in a service agreement or quote provided to clients prior to the commencement of any work.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
You must provide our cleaning staff with access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property due to your failure to provide access, you may be charged a cancellation fee as outlined in section 3.3.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
If our cleaning team arrives at your property and cannot perform the service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., no access, unsafe conditions), a cancellation fee may apply.
Prices for our Services are provided as estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary based on the actual conditions and requirements found during the service delivery.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. We accept payments by credit card, e-transfer, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
For recurring services (e.g., weekly or monthly cleaning), payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We may require a credit card on file for automatic payments.
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service and notify us within 24 hours, we may return to your property to re-clean the area(s) in question at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to issues that were not part of the original service scope or conditions that developed after our cleaning service was completed.
Please inform us of any pre-existing damaged items or areas in your property before we begin our service. We are not responsible for damage that was pre-existing or due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., items that were previously broken, improperly installed, or already damaged).
In the rare event that damage occurs during our cleaning service, please report it to us within 24 hours of the service completion. Claims reported after 24 hours may not be honored.
Our liability for any damage caused by our cleaning staff is limited to repair or replacement of the damaged item, at our discretion. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CleanMaster Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
The CleanMaster Pro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CleanMaster Pro or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your use of our Website and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Website and Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanMaster Pro regarding our Website and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
